(Therapeutic application of oil in the ears) Karna purna is the gentle introduction of warm medicated oil into the ear canal followed by Marma Point therapy and massage. Warm oil applied into the ear for a short period nourishes and balances vāta dosha. External Basti

TONE YOUR MUSCLES AND DETOX  YOUR ORGANS

(Therapeutic application of oil over Marma) Basti is the application of warm medicated oils over a particular area. To localize the treatment, a dough dam is made from wheat or chickpea flour and adhered to the skin into which medicated herbal oils are poured. Basti is recommended for back pain, sciatica, spasms, liver or kidney disorders as well as maladies of the heart, lungs, and thyroid.

Expansive Basti:

Pinda Svedan is the local application of  steam to assist the body in healing from muscle, ligament, joint, or bone injury. This deeply healing treatment is for both acute and chronic injuries. The addition of steam heat helps to shift the out-of-balance dosha affecting the tissue and allows for the flow of vital nutrients to reach the area.

Netra Tarpana

(Therapeutic application of ghee to the eyes) As the seat of Pitta dosha, the eyes are constantly consuming and digesting visual experiences. (Netra (eye) Tarpana (nourishment) is ideal for eyes that are generally overused, over-stimulated, strained, or fatigued. It is ideal for anyone spending long hours in front of a screen where the attention and distance remain fixed. It can support the treatment of early cataracts and macular degeneration. It is also recommended for twitching, excessive squinting, and dry, itchy, or watery eyes.
