Reentry: days 7-14
After 5 to 7 days its time to dissolve your cleanse and transition back to your normal diet and life style. This is the most important part of the cleanse. This must be a gentile re entry or you’ll negate the cleanse.
In this phase you can start to introduce your regular diet back in moderation. Still having kitchari for at lest 50-70% of your food intake. This means at least 1-2 meals per day should still be kitchari. Ideally wait a few extra days before adding back in meats, fish, alcohol and other substances such as caffeine.
This is a time to support your self with herbs that help build and nourish the tissue and systems.
Warm medicated milks are a nice way to support and nourish the body as it rebuilds from the cleanse.
Continue Abhyanga and Nasya daily. These are practices that can become a part of your daily or weekly routine.
