Part lecture, part physical practice; this 10-week course; provides students the unique opportunity to learn the magic of Marma Points from the comfort of their home.

Marma points are one of Āyurvedas’ most powerful modes of applying therapy. These vital energetic points located on the surface of the body serve as a gateway into our physiology and provide access to our multi-dimensional being. Activating these points can clear the channels that carry intelligence to every cell in our body. For centuries, Āyurveda has used these hidden energy points in the treatment of illness as well as diagnostic indicators.

After a brief overview of the basic principles of Āyurveda; Students will be introduced to the rich and fascinating history of Marma Chikitsa. Followed by a deep-dive into the subtle anatomy and physiology behind Marma theory including discussion on the Nadis, Chakras and Kosthas; as well as learning how to prepare for a Marma session, including intention setting, protective practices, polarity holds and mantra.

Students will also be introduced to the various locations of Marma points on the body along with their therapeutic uses and mechanisms of action; as well as learning the various techniques of application including gemstones, essential oils, mantra and tuning forks.

With this foundation in place, students will be lead through a series of guided sequences for various disease protocols such as headaches and digestive disorders. Finally, students learn how Marma points are activated through various Yoga practices such as Asana, Pranayama and Meditation.

Join us for this fun and interactive learning experience and add the knowledge of this subtle science to your healing repertoire.
