Yoga for your Dosha is an empowering 75min Yoga class that integrates the traditional practices of Hatha Yoga with the ancient art of Āyurveda.

According to Āyurveda, we are all born with our own unique constitution or naturally balanced state. Environmental changes, psychological influences and poor lifestyle choices can all disturb this balanced state and cause dis-ease.

Yoga for your Dosha aims to return us to our naturally balanced state by pacifying the dosha through a Hatha based practice steeped in Āyurvedic principles.

Comprised of both philosophy and a physical practice, Yoga for your Dosha allows students to deepen their understanding of Āyurveda through a sensory experience.

Each class takes into account current environmental, social and seasonal changes.
